The i5990 PTZ communication camera is equipped with an 18x optical and 2x digital zoom, making iteasy to identify distant subjects clearly. There are 380,000 effective picture elements for NTSC signal format and 440,000 effective picture elements for PAL to enable high resolution imaging.
The quiet pan, tilt and zoom features are suitable
for meeting rooms or board room environments,
allowing all participants to be viewed without
creating a distraction.
The i5990 camera is equipped with an easy to use
remote control. Up to 64 preset camera positions
can be stored using the remote control.Switching
between external video and internal video has neverbeen so easy. The i5 series comes equipped with an illuminated push button switch that allows this feature to take place.
Internal/External Video Switch:
The green, illuminated push button (video switch)
is a new feature to the i5990 allowing you to switch between internal and external video sources. When the switch is in the up position, the switch will flash repeatedly. This indicates that the external video is in use. When the button is in the down position the switch will be a solid color and will not flash. This indicates that the internal main camera is in use.
